Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can request a refund from Idea Factory (theideafactory.xyz), operated by Codeface Media LLC. It covers the $49 Buyer Proof Kit and prepaid credits.

Buyer Proof Kit guarantee

Our guarantee for the Buyer Proof Kit is:

If your kit is missing any part it promises — a specific buyer, the first message and follow-ups, the source plan, or a clear pass/fail rule — request a refund within 14 days and we will refund it in full.

When you request the refund, tell us which part was missing or wrong — that is the whole claim. Request it within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are processed manually and usually complete within a few business days.

How to request a kit refund

The easiest way is the “Request a refund” form on your report page, which records your request and reason. You can also email us at admin@theideafactory.xyz. Either way, we follow up by email, normally within one business day.

Credits

Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to run reports or other paid actions are not refundable, because the work they paid for has been delivered.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card payments are refunded through Stripe. For Bitcoin Lightning payments, we arrange the refund with you by email.
